REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

● Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to AWOTao, AWOTao.com and Cotterpin Press LLC that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.

● Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the AWOTao Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

● Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit AWOTao and use the services.

● Service: refers to the service provided by AWOTao as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

● Website: AWOTao’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: awotao.com and solutions-awotao.com

● You: a person or entity that is registered with AWOTao to use the Services.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at AWOTao. We appreciate you considering or choosing to shop with us. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Awotao. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at AWOTao, you agree to the terms set forth, our terms of service, along with AWOTao’s Privacy Policy. AWOTAO tries to process orders within ten (10) business days of receiving the information. Delays in processing may occur when insufficient information is given by you regarding your order. AWOTAO will notify you if there is a delay which will cause your order to not begin processing for more than ten days from the date the order was placed. If the delay is caused by AWOTAO, you will be given the option to cancel your order. If the delay is caused due to missing information from you, AWOTao will process your order as soon as your information is received. If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 Week (5 days) from the day your order arrived, or from the date on the receipt of delivery to request a refund and return your product/service.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

● Fill out a return request, and ship the products to the address on the instructions emailed to you from AWOTao. If the product is not received within 14 days from the original request, AWOTao reserves the right to deny your return and cancel all refunds.

● The returned item must be in the original packaging with all the parts and components, including the owners manual, tags, and other miscellaneous items that are included with product.

Although this is not common, and we do our best to accommodate returns and refunds, AWOTao does reserve the right to deny any return request, or refund with out cause. If an item is returned with missing components, or was obviously used, we reserve the right to send the item back to the customer, and deny their requested refund. Please do your best to disclose any and all problems in your return request.

Refunds

We at Awotao, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order and refund you the purchase price. We will refund your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when a refund is issued. Please remember your financial institution may take 7 to 14 business days to make the funds available. Please contact them regarding their policies, AWOTao can not offer assistance or guidance regarding any financial institution or their policies.

Shipping

Damaged Products, Insurance, Risk of Loss, shipping, and customers obligations for return shipping.

Awotao is not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping.

Risk of loss is transferred from the seller to the buyer at the time the order is shipped, and all claims of damaged products after shipment should be directed to the insurance provided with the order, if applicable.

No returns will be accepted six (6) calendar days after the day of delivery, or the date on the receipt of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, it is the customers responsibility to notify AWOTao within the return policies guidelines, AWOTao is not obligated to make exceptions to their (5) five day return policy for damaged products. All orders, whether damaged or not, will be considered final with no returns even for damaged products after (5) five day return policy has expired. If you receive a product that you believe is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a return.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
